  • Project scope and design coordination
  • Equipment requirements and interfaces
  • Technical documentation for execution
02

Equipment supply

  • Equipment supply within the contract
  • Coordination of technical requirements
  • Interface review with the engineering package
03

Execution & handover

  • Site execution within the defined scope
  • Commissioning support
  • As-built and handover documentation
Information to start with

Project inputs.

  • Project location, capacity and application
  • Site access and available technical information
  • Proposed supply and execution boundaries
  • Programme, commercial requirements and handover expectations
Defined in your work package

Expected outputs.

  • Defined engineering and execution package
  • Contracted equipment supply
  • Agreed commissioning and handover documentation
  • As-built updates included in the contract
Interfaces & responsibilities

Agree the boundaries.
Coordinate the detail.

Project capacity, material supply, civil works, statutory approvals and testing responsibilities are confirmed in the contract. An engineering association alone should not be interpreted as a BRK EPC contract.

Our delivery framework covers scope alignment, design development, review, controlled submissions, execution support and handover within the contracted work.

Does BRK supply equipment for every assignment?+

No. Equipment supply is part of the agreed EPC scope where contracted. Design-only and installation-only assignments have different responsibilities.

What should we share for a scope discussion?+

Share your project location, capacity, application, available inputs, required deliverables and target programme. BRK can then discuss the responsibility split and the work package with your team.
